Keith Goodchild, Managing Director

As a founding Director of dtimes3 Limited my role is to lead the growth of our business through the delivery of excellence of service in all that we do. We aspire to work in collaboration with like-minded people and organisations to achieve the best possible results for them.

My background is in retail, corporate and international banking where I specialised in the Wealth Management sector as Director of Training and Development within that division. As an independent consultant I have worked with a wide range of companies across a number of sectors including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology and pharmaceuticals.

I hold a Best Year Yet team and individual programme licence that enables me to work as a performance coach with people at all levels to drive business improvement through skills and processes. I also retain a number of personal coaching relationships with business executives.

Fortunately for me, I have had the opportunity to work in a number of countries including living and working in the Seychelles, which was a tough assignment but somebody had to do it!

Outside work I like to travel, I have a keen interest in music which involves playing the guitar and motorcycling on sunny days. Too much chrome to clean if it rains!

I am also involved in a local charity fundraising committee and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
