A: This section collects information that helps us understand who visits the show and how we can improve the next event.
Q: Attendance and Seminars
A: This section provides you with choices for attending seminars at the event and lets us know which day/s you will be coming.

Q: When do I select 'yes' for making a group booking?
A: You're making a group booking when you're attending with one or more people. For example if you and a friend are attending one of you can register for you both.
Q: Why is my email address required?
A: Your email address is required to enable us to email you your 2d barcode, you're then able to print this off and bring with you to the show so you can use Fast Track.
Q: What is Fast Track?
A: Fast Track is a fast and efficient way to enter the event on arrival. To utilise Fast Track you must print off your registration confirmation email(s) and bring these with you to the Nursery World North Show.
Q: When I print my registration confirmation email my 2d barcode is displaying as a box with a red cross, why is this?
A: This is likely because your email client hasn't downloaded the image as a security precaution. To download the image simply open the confirmation email and at the top it will say 'Click here to download pictures'. Once you have clicked this your 2d barcode will appear in the email, you may now print the confirmation email with the 2d barcode.
